Hekasoft can receive data in two ways, either automatically or receive data supplied voluntarily by the user.

Data received automatically while browsing

Hekasoft may collect navigational data (such as country, language, screen resolution, browser and operating system.)
These data are used to improve the services offered (such as adding a new language, add or improve support for an operating system etc.).
The data obtained automatically are anonymous and can not in any way be associated with a user.

Data provided voluntarily by the user

The website Hekasoft has a contact form through which users can contact Hekasoft.
To enable the sending of a message to Hekasoft you must enter your email address and a name or nickname.
The email address is used only to respond to your message, we do not save it or provide to third parties.
Using the contact form will be sent to Hekasoft also your IP address, the IP address is used only to detect and respond to any spam messages.
By registering to the forum you provide to Hekasoft your email address, the email address has the sole purpose of verifying your identity and allow access to the forum,it will not be provided to third parties or used for other purposes.
The user is aware of the fact that the forum is public and any information stored in your signature, your nickname or avatar will be publicly viewable by any other user of the forum, the email address will be visible only to administrators and moderators.

Cookie

The website Hekasoft.it makes limited use of cookies,the only cookie is to store the language preferences (it is saved only if you click on the language in the menu at the bottom of the site), the cookie is valid for one year, if you want you can delete the cookie by clicking here. Cookies may be used to improve the management of sending a message through the Contact Us form, these cookies will be deleted immediately when the message is sent or the browser is closed.

Software

The Hekasoft softwares comply fully with the privacy of users. No software collects information.
Software that are designed to connect to the server to check for any updates do it anonymously, without sending any data.
Hekapad allows you to send a message to Hekasoft, to send a message you will need to enter your email address, you also will be sent to Hekasoft your IP address, these data are not collected, but only used to allow us to contact you and to prevent abuse.
Free products are supplied in two versions, classic and lite, the classic version contains additional features and software, the lite version contains only the chosen software.
